At HappeToys, we stand behind the quality of our products. All toys purchased directly from HappeToys are covered by our standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

• Warranty Period: 30 days from the date of purchase (unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer).
• What is Covered: Manufacturing defects, broken components upon delivery, and functional issues.
• What is Not Covered: Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, or alterations.

How to Claim Warranty

To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with your order number, proof of purchase, and description or photo of the defect. We will issue a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
